About us

Welcome to Närhälsan Tidaholm rehab clinic! We are expanding our physiotherapy team and are therefore looking for a colleague.

Our team consists of five physiotherapists and two occupational therapists. We care for each other in the group, ensuring that we enjoy our work and have good cohesion. We continuously work on business development to provide patients with the best possible rehabilitation. Tidaholm is located in a beautiful landscape with exciting nature and proximity to Hökensåsfritidsområde, which provides good opportunities for an active leisure time with sports and outdoor activities. Tidaholm is an old industrial town with a rich cultural and community life. The nearest larger city to the municipality is Skövde, and there is a well-developed bus connection between the locations.

About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. It may also be relevant to perform some work remotely. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

If you have supervisor training and/or further education, courses, or knowledge in areas relevant to the position, this is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

Travel in the job may occur. A driving license (B) is required.

About the recruitment process

The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
